We want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription. If you are not completely happy with your subscription for any reason during the first subscription period, you may request a refund.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available for subscription cancellations within the first subscription period. After you may still cancel your subscription at any time, but no refund will be provided. Instead, your subscription will automatically end after the last date of service for which you have paid.
Refund Amount
If you request a refund during the first subscription period, you will receive a refund of your subscription fee, minus a prorated amount for your usage of the subscription up until the time of your refund request. The prorated amount will be calculated based on the cost basis of the input and response tokens used up to the time of the refund.
Requesting a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or to cancel your subscription, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Include your order number and the email address you used when purchasing the subscription.
Refund Processing
After receiving your refund request, we will review it and process any approved refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original subscription purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refund to post to your account after processing.
